AXEPTO was created for situations in which the customer process neither begins nor ends when the courier arrives at the door.
During the digitalisation of deliveries for O2 Slovakia, documents intended for the customer were available directly to the courier on a tablet. During handover, the application guided the courier through the required tasks, including checking the customer’s identity and signing the documentation.
After completion, the documents were sent digitally back to the operator’s system and to the customer.
The result was the integration of an online or telephone order, logistics and the contractual process into a single digital flow.
