Signatus supports Simple, Advanced (AES), and Qualified (QES) electronic signatures under the EU eIDAS regulation. For most healthcare consent and intake workflows, AES is sufficient and immediately deployable.
All data is processed and stored in accordance with GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for ISV partners. Patient data never leaves the agreed infrastructure perimeter.
Each signed document carries a complete audit trail: timestamp, biometric signature metadata, device identifier, and GPS location where applicable. Records are encrypted, tamper-proof, and exportable for compliance reviews or legal proceedings.
