The company embarked on the modernization of contract documentation processing mainly because manual processing of paper documents was not only time-consuming but also confusing. SIGNATUS, as a solution for digital handwritten signatures, was behind the birth of electronic contracts.
The end of paper, the beginning of electronic contracts
Initially, Energo-Pro equipped its 75 salespeople with tablets with the SIGNATUS application pre-installed. Salespeople received a powerful device that fully replaced paper not only in signing, but also in its processing. Salespeople can visit their clients anywhere.
They fill out the contract requirements with the customer and conclude the contract with him by signing on the same device, without the need for an Internet connection. For further processing of the contract documentation, a personal visit to the headquarters is no longer necessary. The solution is connected to internal systems and all communication takes place electronically. Paper consumption has been eliminated through electronicization and a client zone with unlimited access to electronically signed documents has been created for clients. In addition to interacting with customers, salespeople also use tablets for basic administrative tasks, such as working with emails.
Energo-Pro adapted the SIGNATUS application itself to its requirements, which included communication and connections of the application to internal systems, application design along with its functionalities and an online customer zone with unlimited client access.
