AGENTURA PLUS calculated its paper consumption. Employees of the headquarters and seven branches printed approximately 38 thousand sheets of paper per month. On average, one employed applicant signs up to 7 types of documents in 2 copies.

The software solution is also connected to the FINUS economic system, which the agency uses for payroll records.

When a branch employee prepares a document for signature in the FINUS system today, they do not start the printer, but display it on a tablet with a single click. The employee or job applicant sees the document as they have always been used to - the only difference is that they are not holding paper in their hands, but a tablet. They can study it

and then express their consent directly on a mobile device (tablet). After signing, the agency employee archives the document and sends it to the applicant's email address. The document prepared in this way is legally valid and securely locked for further processing.
