About AIRNET
AIRNET is a Slovak telecommunications company with over 15 years of experience. It provides fiber-optic and wireless internet connections as well as digital television to households and businesses. In delivering its services, the company focuses on reliability, modern technologies, rapid installation, and high-quality customer support.
The company operates through a team of technicians who handle new customer connections, equipment installations, and service interventions directly at homes and businesses.
Industry: Telecommunications
Solution: SIGNATUS Mobile App
Users: Technicians and field staff
Usage: Electronic signing of documents on tablets
Challenge: paper documents were slowing down fieldwork.
When initiating or terminating services and during service interventions, AIRNET staff needed to have customers sign various types of documents.
This primarily concerned:
- contracts for the provision and activation of services,
- contracts and requests related to the termination of services,
- handover protocols,
- documentation regarding service interventions,
- confirmations of work performed and equipment handed over.
Documents had to be taken to the customer, filled out, signed, and subsequently returned for processing. Paper-based administration prolonged the entire process and created additional work associated with document verification, transfer, scanning, and archiving.
AIRNET therefore sought a solution that would enable technicians to handle the entire process digitally right at the customer's location, while simultaneously maintaining the required level of electronic signature security.
Solution: signing documents on a tablet directly at the customer's location
AIRNET has deployed the SIGNATUS mobile application, which technicians use during customer visits.
The employee opens the required document directly on the tablet, fills in the details, and presents it to the customer for review and signature. The signed document remains in electronic form and can be immediately submitted for further processing or archiving.
SIGNATUS supports document handling and electronic signing in both online and offline modes, which is particularly important for technicians working outside the office and in locations without a stable internet connection.
The same procedure can be used for setting up a new service, terminating it, handing over equipment, and during routine service interventions.
How the digital process works
Results and benefits
Less paperwork and administration
Technicians do not need to carry printed forms or submit paper documents for further processing after returning from a customer visit.
Faster process completion
Contracts or service reports are finalized right during the customer visit. This eliminates the wait for document delivery and manual processing.
Digital documents from the start
There is no need to scan documents later or manually transfer them to an electronic archive. The electronic version is created at the moment of signing.
Easier work for technicians
Technicians have the necessary documents available on a single device and can focus on installation or servicing rather than paperwork.
Improved document accessibility
Signed documents can be retrieved, processed, and made available to authorized personnel more quickly.
Secure signing in the field
AIRNET can utilize electronic signing directly at the customer's location without compromising the security and trustworthiness of the signing process.
Digitalization
„SIGNATUS was a revolutionary solution for us. It enabled us to eliminate paper, significantly speed up processes, and sign documents directly on a tablet while with the customer. This allows us to operate simply and efficiently—even when working in the field—while maintaining a high level of signature security.“

Digitalization that supports fieldwork
By deploying the SIGNATUS Mobile App, AIRNET gained a unified method for signing contracts, handover protocols, and service documents outside the office.
Documents are generated digitally right at the service location. The customer reviews and signs everything on a tablet, while AIRNET benefits from a faster process, reduced paperwork, and a securely signed electronic document ready for further processing.
