2019-10-29 | 2 min Digitization

Press release

The innovative company DELUVIS is committed to implementing the latest modern technologies into practice and is actively addressing the issue of digital handwritten signatures. It is an effective and convenient way to quickly process official documents and documents, which is environmentally friendly. At the same time, it is available to all age groups, regardless of their technical skills and computer literacy. Not everyone is ready to sign with a click.

Not everyone has an electronic identification document with a qualified digital signature and several PIN codes. However, (almost) everyone has a hand with which they can sign on a digital pad and thus create a unique connection with the signed document - thanks to the scanned biometric features of the handwritten signature, which are unique to each person. The customer experience remains natural, but the form of the documents is fully digital.

Made in Slovakia

The possibilities for using a digital signature are currently much wider than they were in the past. They say it's easy to sign on paper. But it's even easier to sign on a tablet. This is exactly what the unique Slovak product of ANASOFT, Signatus, enables. It contains a number of benefits for both parties. For the one who needs the signature, but also for the one who has to execute it. At ANASOFT, they have several positive Slovak and international references with the transition to this method of signing.

How does it work?

The strength of Signatus lies not only in its practicality, but also in its compatibility with various mobile devices, instant editing and in its security and integrity. Today, all you need is a mobile device (tablet, mobile phone) with Signatus and signing documents can be done quickly and conveniently anywhere. The special software that Signatus is ensures that every document is signed, whether it's a contract, payslip or other document. Both parties can check the data, which prevents any disputes that they signed something different than they thought. It reminds us of the way of signing that we have always been used to. The only difference is that we do not sign paper by hand, but an electronic document directly on the tablet screen.

We will be different. Paperless

Analyses, draft contracts, protocols, amendments,... We encounter papers in practice every day. They have become part of our work, everyday life. In many cases, they can be impractical, a sign of unnecessary bureaucracy, and there are often a lot of them. This can also be perceived negatively by the clients themselves. They often need to solve their needs promptly and quickly, without unnecessary loss of time. Therefore, DELUVIS is currently actively negotiating with ANASOFT about the digital handwritten signature Signatus. The financial environment is perfect for Signatus. Electronic signing of contracts is mainly about a comfortable approach for the client himself. And last but not least, it is a more practical process of financial mediation for the financial agent himself.
