For a better idea, we have prepared an example of how to send a Bill via hybrid mail in the DOMUS information system for administrators from ANASOFT.

Everything works very simply. Hybrid mail is integrated directly into the information software modules.

First, prepare a document, for example, a Bill of Expenses:

Click the Create Shipments icon and a window will appear where the sender can select the Send via hybrid mail option. Of course, it is up to the administrator to choose other options, such as sending shipments via email.

You will attach other outputs to the Statement, such as a report on the administrator's activities, a repair fund or attachments from external suppliers. This step can be imagined as putting letters in an envelope. DOMUS will then send the created pdf files to the contracted hybrid operator, who will envelope them and submit them at the post office.
