The aim of the project was to assure management of inventory in the warehouse of semi-finished products according to the FIFO principle. Simultaneously, it was necessary the highest possible warehouse occupancy in the production facility of Varroc Lighting Systems.

- Monitoring of inventory levels in real-time utilizing the principle ANDON (a lean manufacturing tool that triggers immediate visual or audible alerts)
- Identification of precise localization of SKUs in the warehouse
- Integration of the system EMANS with ERP system
