DOMUS Module for Property Managers

The module provides complete tools for managing a building, including records of spaces, inspections, users, payment tracking, and meter equipment, all the way to annual billing. By entering data step-by-step, from tab to tab, the annual billing process becomes very simple. You just need to retrieve data from the system and allocate it to individual spaces.

Contains technical information about managed spaces, including inspections, structural elements, and repair plans. It can also record building meetings and decisions.

Users is a collective term for tenants and owners who use the space and together create the so-called variable symbol. This variable symbol is then used throughout the module. Users can also act as building representatives.

Creates billing prescriptions based on the number of people, space areas, and other parameters. It allows for changes to the prescriptions of individual spaces as well as entire buildings based on user-defined rules.

Compares actual payments with issued advance billing prescriptions and the results of the billing. It also includes basic reminders via mail, email, or SMS.

Records legal disputes, executions, and other legal actions against defaulters. Tracks installment plans.

Records any meters installed in apartments. Supports paper readings, daily readings via internet data buses, or mobile phones. The resulting consumption ends up in the annual billing.

Provides a detailed breakdown of invoice lines for services at collection points along with technical units. Individual spaces are connected to the collection points, and the annual billing is processed based on these.

Retrieves data for buildings from the entire system and allocates it to individual spaces. The result of the billing, in the form of overpayment or underpayment, is reflected in the users' accounts under payments.
