ISO certificate

Three years ago our company was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certificate We confirmed our ability to provide top-quality services meeting the demanding criteria of the international quality standard ISO 9001:2000 in a re-certification audit in October of 2006.

Persistent headcount growth and related company growth necessitated a refinement of human resources management processes. These very elements surfaced as an additional main process in the system of quality control.

Human resources management includes a new system of annual reviews.

This mechanism opens

  • an acceptable form of collecting feedback on performance
  • a simple format for presenting ideas concerning improvement of workflow in the company.
