Finance and economy module

FINUS is a comprehensive economic system that enables double-entry accounting with support for invoicing, sales, inventory, asset management, CRM, banking, cash registers, and transportation. It supports an unlimited number of accounting entities, typically homeowner associations.

What can the module do?

Through the Finance and Economics module, instant information is available on payment discipline, plan fulfillment, or the economic result in individual parts of the company.

Payment discipline is automatically monitored. The system can connect to any bank's home banking. Both the bank and the cash register can operate in domestic and foreign currencies.

Within invoicing, it is possible to record supplier invoices, customer invoices, advance invoices, issue transfer orders, and send them to the bank.

An order subsystem that handles received and issued orders, delivery notes connected to inventory management.

Inventory management includes standard receipt and expenditure documents, transfers, production documents, calculation sheets, and records of product serial numbers.

Records of investment and minor assets, including depreciation, depreciation methods, and subsequent automatic accounting. Asset inventory cards within types and groups, methods of acquisition, and technical condition of assets.

Management of incoming and outgoing mail and its assignment to departments. Assignment is based on the organizational structure, and individual registry records can be marked with registry labels and assigned to files.

Records of vehicles and daily ride logs, including fuel cards, and support for fuel codes, rates, routes, and maintenance activities.

The Finance and Economics module allows for the management of all organizational activities, from the receipt of obligations, their internal distribution and recording, through the issuance of materials and services to secure orders, to issuing corresponding receivables.
