The mobile app allows meter readings in apartments using an Android mobile device. It also enables taking a photo of the meter, recording the reading in the manager's database, and sending the meter reading report to apartment users via email or SMS.

Advantages of the App

The app's advantage is that instead of paper-based readings, meter readers can now send reading forms directly through their mobile phone. The app is designed for customers of the DOMUS information system, but anyone can try it directly on their own Android mobile phone by downloading it from the internet. It is suitable for reading water meters as well as heating cost allocators.
The Meter Reading app can be connected to any property manager's information system.

How It Works

Electronic reading forms are generated through the property manager's information system on the web portal www.poschodoch.sk

The meter reader launches the Meter Reading app, where the assigned electronic reading forms are displayed

In the apartment, the meter reader records the meter readings, takes photos of the meters, and requests the email and phone number

When in range of WIFI, the readings are sent to the manager's system, and apartment owners receive an email with the readings and photos
