Previous situation

The acquisition of new clients is ensured by a network of sales representatives. During a meeting with a potential client, all personal data is manually entered into the system, which then generates a contract. The client signs a printed contract, which is reprocessed in a digital environment. Only after these actions is the new business case successfully completed.

The main challenge

Physical copies of documents, combined with sales outside the branch network, complicate the acquisition of clients and create room for errors in the manual processing of contracts.

One of the main goals of the NN Group is the gradual modernization and digitization of processes. Emphasis is placed on improving the quality of the services provided. The primary goal of the project was the transition to digital conclusion of contracts and electronic signing, which does not require a face-to-face meeting.

Deployment of the solution

After a detailed analysis of available solutions, the choice fell on an easily implementable solution that transforms pen and paper processes into a fully digital client experience. The implementation was carried out by the internal IT department with minor support from the SIGNATUS team. The electronic signature solution was also integrated into the newly created CRM system.

Sales representatives in the field use a web service that generates and displays contracts already during the meeting with clients. The client can thus check the data and sign the contract directly on the spot or during a remote conference call.
