The customer chooses a product from the online store's offer and chooses a consumer loan from Cofidis as the payment method. In the web browser, the customer will see the CofiSign customer zone based on ANASOFT's SIGNATUS technology. The customer does not need to install any additional application.
The customer creates a digital handwritten signature in different ways, depending on the type of device: mobile phone, tablet or PC.
The customer signs all electronic loan applications in the customer zone environment. The evaluation of applications itself takes place in two parts. Based on preset criteria, the internal system automatically evaluates their fulfillment. In the next part, the company employee prepares the contract documentation for signing by Cofidis.
The customer is informed about the approval or incorrect completion of the application via e-mail or SMS. Thanks to SIGNATUS, the contractual application documentation is fully electronic and accessible at any time. Cofidis does not only use SIGNATUS for purchases through e-shops, but also when concluding contracts at branches.
To obtain a loan, the customer first registers on the COFIDIS portal. He then fills out an application for the provision of a consumer loan, which he signs electronically and then sends for approval.
