CREDITAS is a Czech bank that provides its customers with a wide portfolio of products and services. Since the beginning of 2017, when it started operating as a bank on the Czech market, it managed to acquire 20,000 new clients in 4 months.

The bank decided to create a modern atmosphere in order to make the visit more pleasant for its clients and to differentiate itself from the competition. At its branches, it uses wide-angle LCD displays and tablets to display current exchange rates, information on the latest products and services, or satisfaction surveys.

Overview and simplicity in a mobile solution

The SIGNATUS application for digital self-signing of documents can replace paper not only physically, but also legally through mobile devices, such as a tablet. During the preparation of the documents, the client has a tablet at his disposal, on which he can view the news, express his opinion or watch a promo video, thus shortening the wait while the bank staff prepares the documents. At the moment the documentation is completed, activities on the tablet will be suspended and the SIGNATUS application will automatically start.

In the application, the client can study the documents and then sign them directly on the tablet. Printing of documents is not necessary. Documents signed through the application are legal and securely archived. The client leaves the bank with an e-mail and complete electronic documentation
form.

SIGNATUS and banks

Building a relationship with a customer is one of the key success factors in financial institutions. Customers do not like to wait in long lines and leave the bank with a pile of papers. Modern technologies and solutions such as Signatus provide banks with opportunities to differentiate themselves from the competition.

Shortening the wait with a digital presentation and speeding up the service provision process by using digital signing options are among the ways to acquire new customers and improve the relationship with existing ones.
