Through eDOMUS property management firms have also available other documents, such as scans of past meeting minutes, inspection reports or energy certificates of buildings. In this mobile application they may check balances of each owner or loans carried by a building.

In addition to mobile application DOMUS is integrated with web portal for the benefit of all the property management clients. Population of the web portal with data, including document attachments is automatic, enabling owners check graphs of utility usage, annual statement or total building expenses and repair costs.
