Simpler Electronic Communication with Public Authorities
2017-05-10
As of April 21, 2017, the registration of all types of users through an electronic identification card (eID card) is possible thanks to the added functionality of the Electronic Contracting System.
By using this option, your registration is processed instantly without the need to confirm registration with the use of one-time authentication data which are sent via mail by default to the address of registered entity.
The German-Slovak Chamber of Industry and Commerce is extremely interested in the subject of simpler electronic communication with public authorities, and it has prepared a networking event for its members focusing on the legal aspects of the obligation to use electronic boxes for such communication.
Michal Ohrablo and Ján Hrúz from ANASOFT will provide practical advice on the possibilities for smaller and larger companies to expedite communication with public authorities. They will also demonstrate how to use the box, including the possibility to link it with a corporate filing system.
