A New Service Desk is available for ANASOFT Customers


We have introduced a new channel designated for daily communication and operations with our customers. The new Service Desk, which went live on May 1, 2016, complies with all of the modern registration requirements.

It is available at Service Desk or through the Customer Zone.

The password and terms and conditions for placing requests remain the same.

The new Service-Desk fulfills all requirements of modern record keeping

  • Ensures data collection of user requests
  • Informs the requestor of service progress
  • Keeps track of the request and service related communication
  • Documents solution plan
  • Archives resolved requests
