Another Year Another Girl’s Day at ANASOFT

The 2016 International Girls in Information-Communication Technology (ICT) Day will again take place under the auspices of Andrej Kiska, President of the Slovak Republic.

ANASOFT will also open its doors and be ready to show up and coming IT-girls the beauty of ICT.

The program is proof of the fact that the position of women at ANASOFT is important.

Because the comprehensive view of software development will be presented here by women – the director of SW development, an analytics manager, an analyst, a developer and tester, and a consultant and quality manager.

Last year’s positive response from the girls inspired us to prepare an even more interesting event for them this year.

Girl’s Day is the international girls in information-communication technology day which is annually held on the FOURTH THURSDAY of the FOURTH Month. This year it will be held on April 28, 2016. The aim is to present ICT to girls from the ages of 14 to 18, and to show them the attractive aspects and job opportunities.

Girl’s Day events will be held at companies, universities and firms operating in the information-communication technology sector where girls will see how IT departments operate. The plan is to show them that work in this sector is great for them too and that it promises many job opportunities in the future.
