intelligent warehouse management | wEs and intralogistics
The aim of the project was to implement a warehouse management system of goods and their packaging. The project includes the deployment of a new generation WMS (Warehouse Management System) system - Warehouse Execution System (WES). The WES module of the EMANS system controls a warehouse of goods on 4000 m2. The warehouse is designed and created in accordance with the principles of intelligent industry (Industry 4.0) in the trade and distribution company LUNYS, which imports and distributes fresh fruits, vegetables, and food products.

- Operations management of slotting, storing, pick up, and restocking of goods

Implementation:
- Implementation of Smart Industry system EMANS with Warehouse Execution System (WES) module
- Deployment of the internet of things (IoT) and internet of services (IoS) with the digital twin technology
- Introduction of autonomous algorithms (AI) for the purpose of intelligent task schedule for pick-up workstations
- Decentralized (distributed) architecture of the platform EMANS
- Integration of the system EMANS with PLC control system
- Integration of the system EMANS with the company´s ERP system
- Integration system EMANS with ECM (Enterprise Content Management) system and digital hand-written application Signatus
- Implementation of RFID technology
- Integration of in-built scale technology and automatic weighting of goods
