IPA Slovakia, one of the leading companies in Central Europe in the field of consulting, education, design and research for the industry, organizes the fifth annual Production Management Conference 2015 – Inspirations – trends – contacts. IPA Slovakia is linked to an international network of significant partners in the field of research and innovation, including the Fraunhofer Society and we focus our attention on industrial engineering, strategic innovation, restructuring, performance improvement and development of corporate culture.
Production Management Conference 2015 will take place on 3 and 4 November 2015 in Holiday Inn in Žilina. We are pleased to partner the conference with ANASOFT.
This year's program offers a combination of stories from the leaders that indicate trends in production management, and stories of companies progressing their own way.
IPA has prepared several confrontational lectures that attack the established production paradigms not only with regard to payments. We shall also address a process of involving people in problem solving, as well as in systematic achievement of objectives.
