Anasoft presented Interactive Business processes at Sap World Tour 2008

Bratislava (SK), March 18, 2008

Business processes can be “as smooth as chocolate”; this could be discovered at the appropriately named ANASOFT presentation: As Smooth As Chocolate or Interactive Business Processes, on April 3rd, at SAP World Tour 2008 .

Continuously intensifying automation of business processes within
today's corporation requires user friendly medium which is conveniently
readable, easily processed, and portable. The medium of choice is an
electronic document.

New Generation of form technologies in SAP.
Interactive Forms (IF) are new generation of electronic documents in
well known PDF format. They allow for dynamic generation of electronic
documents containing data from the corporate IS, delivery to the
recipient, off line editing by the recipient with option of signing with
recipients electronic signature, and finally online submitting of filled
in data back to the IS.

Interactive Forms are product of Adobe and SAP partnership started in
2002. The companies have integrated together PDF technologies (Adobe
Document Server, Live Cycle Designer) with SAP NetWeaver platform (AS
ABAP, AS JAVA, SAP NW Development Studio).

Following are basic business uses of Interactive Forms in SAP:

1) Generation of PDF documents with delivery using email/fax/post
followed by optional archiving.
2) Online editing of forms within electronic documents presented within
standard web browser generated by SAP NetWeaver.
3) Offline editing of forms within electronic documents received by
email or downloaded from a web page.
4) Signing of electronic documents.
