FlexxPlan®: as much as necessary,
as little as possible

The project’s aim was the optimization of product planning. The problem of the existing PPS-system was so, that for every planning process a large amount of data was to be processed. Also there were no simulation possibilities and rapid changes could not be introduced flexibly enough.

To avoid excessive planning and to use available resources most efficiently, a fast and flexible planning concept was developed in addition to the existing ERP/PPS System.

Due to the reduction of data complexity, safe, order-related capacity planning can be calculated and visualised in a matter of seconds. Reschedulings and simulations are carried out per drag&drop in a clearly arranged graphical planning table. Additionally it is possible to consider external production capacities
