Business solutions are flexible „packages“ of integrated ICT and consulting services and products aimed at an accomplishment of particular business objectives.

Business Solutions typically include:

  • Analysis, optimization, and re-engeneering of processes. We always start with actual business objectives which are to be supported by our systems. We analyze the existing processes and we suggest their optimization or take part at designing new ones, if necessary.

  • System specification. On the basis of the process analysis we suggest a system which will support the processes in an optimal way.

  • The Amun Application and Integration Platform Licence. This platform connects effectively a wide set of common functions necessary for a modern enterprise system.

  • Generic data structures and sets of functions typical for a particular solution area. It is in fact a generalized know-how in a particular area expressed by a general description of the most frequently solved processes and respective entities. This component accelerates the implementation of a particular solution but can also be very inspiring and useful in the stage of process analysis and design.

  • Third parties’ products. A complete supply of the infrastructure for the system operation.

  • Implementation services. Classical ICT supplier’s services – technical analysis and design of the system architecture, system customization, testing and installation.

  • Change management and system ”enlivenment”. Planning and realization of the transition from old processes and systems to the new ones – in all organizational aspects. After the accomplishment of this stage there is the first comparison of the achieved results.

  • Post-implementation evaluation. In agreed time intervals after the full system implementation we carry out the evaluation of its operation in connection with the defined business objectives and we suggest changes, if appropriate.
