FIS

With the FIS-project the production planning and the production activity control was integrated in a production plant for commercial vehicles.

After an order details’ check, all machines are supplied with a production order list as well as all the necessary production parameters. Furthermore, machine telegrams, which indicate the beginning and ending of a construction group production, belonging to a certain order, are evaluated, so that the production progress of an order becomes visible at any time of the process. Thus, the user is enabled to respond to the orders and individual customer’s wishes even after the beginning of the production.

Altogether, a high automation level is reached at simultaneously high process reliability of the production.
