ANASOFT devotes itself to the projects of applied research and development since the company start. As the company grows, these projects are getting more interesting and bolder.
Applied research and development must react to the most important business challenges and contribute to economic growth. Therefore in the field of applied research and development an active connection must be established between academic and business sector.
Investments into applied research are one of the strategic objectives of ANASOFT.We realize that innovations are in the first place based on research and development and if we want to increase their number and level, we have to strengthen research and development as a crucial source of innovations.
One of the first results of the research and development activity was the RAFT (Remote Accessible Field Trips) project in cooperation with Fraunhofer institute in Germany and Comenius University in Bratislava. Project is funded by Fifth framework programme of European Union for research and technical development. We follow up this successful cooperation in current projects, whether in cooperation with University of Žilina within development project „Voice output for www“ with topic “TTS (Text-To-Speech) synthesis“. ANASOFT together with Informatics institute of Slovak Academy of Science (UI SAV) and SANET forms research consortium of the project “AIIA – Adaptive platform for interoperability support in private and public sector“ from the field of semantic analysis. Project is funded by the research and development agency.
Innovative approach to project realization and investments into research eventuated also into two patented solutions in the field of electronic signature. Patents describe unique approaches to problems concerning matching electronic and physical identity and with utilization of mobile devices to create secured electronic signature.
