Strategy is a driving force that helps us achieve these objectives. In order to be successful, it has to be based on continuous learning, constantly filtering and appropriating the most adequate instruments for attaining these goals.
We have been pursuing an open door culture in the management-staff relationship. Communication free of barriers supports open and informal interpersonal relations. Thanks to this both sides are able to respond quickly to changes and accept innovations without which it would not be possible to keep up our current position in such a dynamic market.
Individual responsibility and team cooperation: We employ our staff and we appreciate their capabilities. They enjoy full confidence of the company management and it is, therefore, natural that we are not afraid of putting them in charge of individual tasks. This requires individual responsibility while being specialists in their field. Together they are often capable of solving seemingly unsolvable tasks. This is team cooperation functioning at its best.
