The goal of EMANS is to reach a paper-less production execution in the shopfloor, to manage the automated and manual/assembly operations fully automatically, precisely, in-time and error-less.

Not only the operators who are an integral part of the production process need to be managed but also there are machines and tools, which need to be configured, controlled and monitored.

By providing clear electronic distribution, visualization and execution of the instructions on workstation, you may gain absolutely new perspective on your production possibilities. For example, several existing workstations can be merged into one, or the tasks or resources may be dynamically distributed to other workstations, all depending on the information in the electronic order, or the actual state in the shopfloor.

The productivity increases but the demands on the resources is equal or even less.
